# 料理方式


Q:哪種料理方式既方便又不影響食物原有的風味?

A: 1. 微波(微波前必須先解凍);

2. 蒸或隔水加熱不需解凍(肉的湯汁會釋放出,淋上湯汁味道更鮮美);

3. 烤箱比較容易把食物烤乾(建議用鋁箔紙包住後再烤)。

       4. 氣炸鍋(請按氣炸鍋使用說明)

 


Q:直接隔水加熱是否會有塑化劑或有毒物質溶出?

A:當溫度超過100℃,且持續超過30分才會有溶出疑慮,所有與食物直接接觸的包裝材質都須通過 SGS 檢驗。

Q:食材選擇方式

A: 本公司經營理念為誠信、良心,老闆快二十年的廚藝經驗、非常要求食材的品質,只採用經政府核准有認證的優質肉品,絕不使用來源不明的便宜貨。


所有廠商必須提供相關安全證明文件,公司才給予採用。



Q:貴公司的生產過程如何確保食物的安全、衛生?

A:所有流程須遵照政府擬定的 HACCP 食品安全作業系統管制方式製作,並遵照 ISO 22000 國際管理系統,對於員工體檢、教育訓練等都有一套管理 SOP 標準。

 


Q:貴公司的產品如何保存?

A:本公司所有產品不添加防腐劑、真空包裝,冷凍可保存一年、冷藏請於兩週內食用完畢。
